Mark 15:20-22

Amplified Bible

²⁰ After they had mocked Him, they took off the purple robe and put His own clothes on Him. And they led Him out [of the city] to crucify Him.

²¹ They forced into service a passer-by coming in from the countryside, Simon of ^[a]Cyrene (the father of Alexander and Rufus), ^[b]to carry His cross.^(A)
